How do we, renew our minds and change how we think ? Part Four
I want you to enjoy success
This is a message straight from the Father’s Heart for you TODAY !
This message is found in a very well known passage of scripture.
Which is translated at a 6 graders level seen below.
Jeremiah 29:11 (NIrV)
I know the plans I have for you,” announces the LORD. “I want you to enjoy success. I do not plan to harm you. I will give you hope for the years to come.
I believe this is a word that we all need to hear and learn to live out of !
So today we are going to explore it. When we look through the word from Genesis to Revelation. We continually see this theme ‘I want you to enjoy success”. Yes there is also great loss, failure and mistakes, but most of these, related to peoples poor decisions. With the odd exception, like Job and Jesus. But all this loss, failure and mistakes, were directed by the enemy (satan) himself. The enemy’s goal is clearly seen In john 10:10. But this scripture also clearly lays out God’s goal too. So Let’s read it !
John 10:10 (NIrV)
A thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come so they may have life. I want them to have it in the fullest possible way.
Once again we see this theme of God wants us to succeed in life. That He wants all of us to have it in the fullest possible way. Wow !
Now that differently crushes the thoughts that God is a hard ruler. Instead opens up the Truth, that He is a Loving Father. For if this was not true, He would have given up on us along time ago. Then simply chosen to do everything Himself which he could have done.
It’s one thing to know that God wants you to enjoy success, But how do we see this in our daily lives ?
I think the first thing is to determine and define what true success is.
So what is success from His prospective ?
Is there a scripture that clearly outlines this ?
I think there is and it is found in two different parts of the gospel
Matthew 6:9-10 and Luke 11:2. Let’s read them.
Matthew 6:9-10 (NKJV)
…….Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
Luke 11:2 (NKJV)
…Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
True success is a life that honours God and represents Heaven on the earth. By releasing His Kingdom, through Jesus in every aspect of our life.
By aligning one’s life with God’s will, pursuing spiritual growth, and living a life of purpose and meaning, rather than focusing solely on worldly achievements.
Often what we see as important things, that need to be accomplished in our day. Are seen as lesser important things from the Kingdom prospective . Also what we see as small or an insignificant gesture or acts, are actually seen, in the Kingdom as vitally important.
As the bible says in
Isaiah 55:8-9 (MIV)
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,”
declares the Lord.“As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.
So then how do we figure out, what His will and plan is for every day.
We ask !
A prayer like this will unlock the door for you to see and achieve all the things He has planned for you to do each day. If you choose to do them, your day will be seen from heaven as a success ! Also you will have peace and rest each night..
You maybe wondering why I did not add ‘show me what to do today’ in the above prayer ! Because by asking Him, to help you to do what He has called you to do each day. Focuses you on Him and He will provide sight, vision, application, protection , power and provision. Which is everything you need to add your faith to, for heaven to be seen on earth.

The Power of Bold Faith
Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen.
Remember He knows you better than you know your self. His understanding of you, will bring you wonder and strength to see His will done,
That’s enough I believe for today !
Challenge time
- Here is a prayer to conclude today’s message.
Found in Psalms 139:1-6 (TPT) titled ‘YOU KNOW ALL ABOUT ME’ As you pray it, allow the words to encourage and strength your inner being.
Lord, you know everything there is to know about me.
You perceive every movement of my heart and soul,
and you understand my every thought before it even enters my mind.
You are so intimately aware of me, Lord.
You read my heart like an open book
and you know all the words I’m about to speak
before I even start a sentence!
You know every step I will take before my journey even begins. You’ve gone into my future to prepare the way,
and in kindness you follow behind me
to spare me from the harm of my past.
With your hand of love upon my life,
you impart a blessing to me. This is just too wonderful, deep, and incomprehensible!
Your understanding of me brings me wonder and strength.
2. Everyday pray this prayer: Father help me to do today, what You have called me to do today . To put off to tomorrow, what You are not, calling me to do today. Lastly give to You, what I am not, called by You to do at all. I ask for this in Jesus name amen.
3. Now simply wait on Him, to show you what to do. Then do what He says to do, with what He has revealed to you.
4. Then every night take a moment, to look back over the day and Give Thanks !
Thank you Father for this incredible revelation and wisdom ! That you want us to enjoy success. As this reflect Your nature and who You really are, to the world around us. I ask as Your children ask you to help them. To see and do, what you have prepared for them each day. That you will reveal this and join in on their journey. So that each day will be seen as a success, in your eyes . I ask this in Jesus name amen
