The Lord created you in His image and HIS son, Jesus Christ died for you !One morning I awoke with two verses ! Genesis 1:27 (NKJV)
So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.AndRomans 5:8 (NKJV)But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
These words kept resounding in my spirit. God created you in His image and His son died for you ! The Lord showed me that these verses are significant in discovering our identity. Both carry the thumb print of a loving Father towards His children. The first verse reminds us that we have the DNA of the living God and the second, He paid the debt before you were born. So if anyone has a vested interest in you becoming all you are to become(your identity) it’s God !
Prayer
Father, thank you for all you have given and all you sacrificed for me to become who you created me to be. Please help me see this more clearly. May this understanding serve as a catalyst to call me out of personal insecurities and into a full understanding of who I am and what you have done for me. I am more than a conqueror through you Lord Jesus ! AmenRomans 8:37 (NKJV)
Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (so much so He died for us).Here is your challenge today
1. Spend the day with the Lord. Picture Him with you every second of the day.2. Write down ten things He does for you today.3. Record ten words He speaks to you today.4. Find 3 people to share with how good He is. 5. Bless 3 people today ; buy them a coffee, shout them a muffin, or help them carry groceries etc.6. Take time, 5-10mins and rest with Him today.7. Sing to Him today for 5-10mins.8. Give Him thanks today.

Father, I thank you for the richness of your blessings. I thank you for all you have given me that I can freely give and pass on to others. Father, you have given me much ; I love you . Amen
